“People Always Come First!”
“People Always Come First!” I believe and live by this principle. Relocating is inherently stressful. Allow me the honor of prioritizing the needs of you and your family first, during this time of uncertain transition. I’m committed to utilizing my 26 years of military experience as a result oriented professional to advocate on your behalf to ensure everything within my sphere of influence is accomplished to allow as smooth of a transition into your new home, school/s, and community as possible.
As a real estate professional, retired service member, homeowner, and investor I have experienced various emotional rollercoasters that come with purchasing and selling real estate in the United States and abroad. Over a 20-year active-duty career, my wife and I have been on the other side of the table in multiple real estate transactions. As first-time home buyers, a family relocating to a new area with only the luxury of the internet to aid in locating and purchasing a new home, having to sell your home while located hundreds of miles away, upgrading your home, and having to deal with the anxiety that comes with being first-time investors looking to help secure your future retirement with the purchase of an investment property.
Having experienced many of the situations you may currently be living, I know firsthand the importance of having a qualified real estate professional on your side to help you successfully navigate the many twists, turns and unknowns of purchasing and selling a home. I provide clients the level of professionalism, respect, integrity, confidentiality and support that I would expect from my realtor, if I were my client.
“Allow me the honor of prioritizing the needs of you and your family first, during this time of uncertain transition.”
